Why on earth have you built the deck first?
Our units are Modular Homes, we are constructing the units nearby, once the units are 90% complete they will be transported to site. This enables the site works to take place at the same time as the construction. Due to the limited access we have developed as much of the site as possible before the Modular Homes arrive. The project has taken considerable planning and coordination.

Trails
The Development of Roam Taupo is in conjunction with our Sister company TDM Transport. Based in the Waikato, TDM specializes in the site establishment, transportation and installation of Modular Buildings throughout New Zealand. The experienced team will ensure these homes are delivered safely and efficiently.

AJ Property Works is a local Taupo company headed by Jono Huntley. Jono will lead the projects construction both onsite and offsite. His attention to detail and meticulous planning ensures the unique project flows smoothly and efficiently.
